About Post University

Post University is a small university located in Waterbury, also known as ''Brass City'', which is a city in New Haven County, in the US state of Connecticut, with a population estimated at a number of more than 107 000 inhabitants, during the 2005 census, fact which makes it the 9th largest city in New England, the 5th largest city in the state and the second largest city in the county.

Post University was established in 1890, first starting as Post College. In addition to the campus in Waterbury, the university also has three satellite centers in Meriden, Danbury, and Norwalk. Post University offers its students day, evening, and online courses, being a private for-profit school. It offers bachelors degrees in areas of study such as accounting, criminal justice, environmental science, finance and many other.

Athletics
